The news comes after this minor shitstorm involving a comment made by previous comedy booker Eddie Brill regarding female comics.

yo guys this article sucks and *~feminism in comedy~* is obviously a big deal to me (the biggest deal) but I’m not gonna skip an opportunity to slip in the least humble of brags in which I let ya’ll know how much Eddie Brill liked my standup at Emerson. I carry that brag with me everywhere. I believe he especially praised my authenticity which is dope because, you know, these ovaries of mine! I mean he was a jerk to just about everyone else who did standup with me and after reading this article I’m just gonna sit around (probs with my thumb up my ass) and pretend I’m The Only Girl In The World [that he <3’s]. Right? No, I’m a psycho please carry on.
